Kelly Spence local rapper, and I got together to shoot a series of shots for his upcoming cd cover Kelly has his goals set on making his mark in the hip hop industry, he and Lemar Brown has done work in the past. He hasn't officially released a single off of his cd. I have reviewed some of his past material and he does have skills when it comes to laying down vocals..
